Kuhlmann Leavitt was tasked with the design of a trade stand for Formica Group’s 100-year anniversary. The objective was to celebrate with builders, dealers and distributors in the residential market attending the NAHB International Builder’s Show (IBS) and to announce and showcase new Formica colors and Anniversary product lines. The solution to create a larger-than-life-sized “F-Chip” sample chain was developed to highlight the notion that 100 years of the company’s existence was a big reason to celebrate. Twice a day, 250 cupcakes were given out to conference attendees as a thank-you gesture. KLI developed the design of the booth in its entirety as well as all brand messaging.
