Situated in the vibrant start-up district Cortex, 4340 was conceived as a bio-focused entrepreneurial hub.
This 80,000 square foot historic structure was built in 1930 and thoughtfully adapted for 2020 researchers and entrepreneurs. Our scope for this re-purposed, 4-story, historic building included comprehensive branding, supergraphics, signage and wayfinding sitewide. KLI designed feature walls, inside and out, as well as engaging super graphics in stairwells and signage solutions that help both tenants and visitors find their way.
